Kindergarten - Grade 3

The Edmonton Symphony Orchestra’s Education Programs offer unique, varied and interactive learning opportunities about music for students of all ages. All programs align with Alberta Provincial Education Standards. Performances are fifty minutes in length with no intermission.

Symphonic Science Fair

Bring science to centre stage with this inventive and interactive program combing key topics from the Alberta science curriculum with core symphonic repertoire.  By observing, experimenting and interpreting the evidence, students use their skills of science inquiry to explore fundamental topics like pitch, volume, and instruments of the orchestra.

One free supervisor may attend for every 10 students. Additional supervisors may attend at $7.50 each.
